These terms are between Chattrix and the organization owner who uses Studio. Messenger people who only chat with a Page should read the privacy policy. Meta’s Platform Terms also apply to Page messaging.
The service
Studio lets you connect Facebook Pages you admin, configure a customer-service chatbot (interview, knowledge tables, tests), and reply on Messenger. Each Page has its own bot. We do not provide promotional broadcasts, Instagram, comments, or billing in this version.
Your content and your customers
You own your knowledge tables, bot settings, and the Messenger conversations of Pages you connected. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices and policies you publish in tables, for having the right to use the Page, and for handling your customers’ deletion or export requests. Chattrix processes that data to run the bot, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use the bot for customer service on Pages people already message. Do not use Chattrix to spam, scrape, or message people who did not write to the Page. Do not attempt to bypass organization isolation or extract another tenant’s data.
Limits, pause, and deletion
Monthly message and model-call limits apply so one organization cannot starve others. When a limit is reached the bot sends a polite pause message and hands off; chats are not left unanswered. You may export your organization (without Page tokens) or permanently delete it in Studio Settings. Platform staff cannot delete your organization for you.
No professional advice
The bot answers from your tables. It must not invent prices, legal, or medical advice. Handoff to your staff when a person asks for a human.

Сарын мессеж, model дуудлагын хязгаар нэг байгууллага бусдыг боомилохгүй байхын тулд үйлчилнэ. Хязгаарт хүрвэл бот эелдэг мессежээр зогсож хүнд шилжүүлнэ; яриа хариугүй үлдэхгүй. Studio → Тохиргоо дээр Page tokenгүй экспорт эсвэл байгууллагыг бүрмөсөн устгана. Платформын ажилтан таны оронд устгахгүй.
